Educational Qualification:

1. Manager (Procurement and Input) - 1.Must possess a Degree in Veterinary Science from a recognized University. 2.Must have registered with Veterinary Council

2. Manager (Engineering) - Must possess a Degree in Electrical & Electronics/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Electrical & Instrumentation /Electronics and Communication / Automobile / Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University.

3. Manager (Marketing) - Must possess any Degree and MBA from a recognized University / Institution (or) any degree and 2 years Post Graduate Diploma from a recognized University / Institution.

4. Deputy Manager (Dairy) - Must possess degree with IDD/NDD or post graduate degree in Dairy Science/Dairying or B.Tech in Food Technology/Dairy Technology/Food Processing from any approved institutions.

5. Deputy Manager (Dairy Chemist) - Must possess post graduate degree in Dairy Science / Dairy Chemistry/Chemistry/Bio Chemistry/Bio-Technology/Quality Control

6. Executive (Office) - Must possess post graduate degree and pass in Co-operative Training as detailed in RC. No.51928/2013/SF2 dated 18.07.2013 of the Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Chennai. Exemption for holders of degree in B.A. (Co-op.) or B.Com (Co-op) from passing co-operative training.

7. Executive (System) - Must possess Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Information Technology) /(Computer Science)/ Master of Computer Applications from a recognized university.

8. Technician (Electrical) - 1. SSLC / X std Pass 2. Must possess ITI in the trade of Electrician with National Trade Certificate and ‘B’ Licence (or) Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and ‘C’ Licence.

9. Technician (Boilerman) - 1. Pass in VIII Std. 2. Must possess Boiler Attendant Certificate Gr.II/Gr.III issued by the Director of Boiler Chennai to operate boilers as per the norms prescribed by the authority

10. Extension Officer (Grade II) - i. Must be a Graduate in any discipline and have passed in Cooperative training and completion of 10 years of service in MPCS. (Or) i. A pass in 10th std/SSLC exam or its equivalent and have passed in cooperative training with 15 years ii. experience in MPCS Should have remaining service of minimum 5 years iii. Exemption for holders of degree in B.A(Co.op) or B.Com (Co.op) from passing Cooperative training.
